I am a hands-on founder who built a boutique fitness studio from a startup with zero members to a profitable, thriving business. I lead across all facets of operations, marketing, finance and team development.

When forced to close during the global pandemic, I retained a core community through virtual engagement and engineered a complete restart. Post-reopening, I drove nearly 99% growth and rebuilt a dedicated team of employees.

I owned and executed all marketing initiatives — managing Google My Business, Yelp for Business, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, content and local SEO — while overseeing financial operations, P&L analysis, payroll and budgeting using tools like QuickBooks and iSolved. I also authored SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality member experiences.

I maintained a 5-star Google rating and received the People Love Us on Yelp award, reflecting strong customer satisfaction and community focus. I am driven to apply my entrepreneurial, operational and growth expertise to scale customer-centered businesses and lead high-performing teams.
