I'm looking to lead global people programs, HRIS change, and cross-functional projects where I can use analytics, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement in a multicultural environment.

At AES Panama, I led talent development and global HR initiatives across 12 countries for 8,000+ employees, sustaining approximately 98% completion through structured communication, change management, and process improvement.

I've implemented Workday tool and process changes, built leadership dashboards and playbooks, and coordinated performance management, succession planning, competency implementation, and 9-box dialogues. I also bring project governance experience from AES Corporation and hands-on commercial leadership as the founder of a DTC brand.
