What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead international operations and growth using Agile execution, cross-functional collaboration, and performance-driven marketing—while building high-performing teams and owning measurable impact on revenue and conversion.

I’m a Project Manager who helps teams scale internationally by combining Agile execution with hands-on operational leadership. At my current role, I joined as the fifth hire and immediately led daily operations while driving expansion across France and Spain.

I launched services in 10+ cities and contributed to €1.8M+ in revenue growth through cross-functional team leadership. I also recruit, train, and manage local teams—selecting 9 top performers out of 15 hires—while improving service quality and operational efficiency.

I build growth strategies that turn performance data into results, developing and executing data-driven plans across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. In this work, I achieved the team’s highest conversion rate (27%), set an internal benchmark, and contributed to a 3% increase in GMV.

Before this, I strengthened my commercial and analytical foundation through sales, corporate sales, and marketing roles. I managed CRM for 5000+ clients, acquired 25+ new clients in 4 months through effective sales strategies, and handled follow-up calls and negotiations; in parallel, I managed a 50-account portfolio, conducted market studies, and supported marketing campaigns that increased followers by 20%, engagement by 15%, and sales by 10%.
