Learning & Development professional blending data, AI, and automation to elevate people programs and engagement.
What I'm looking for
With a passion for people and data, I bring a unique set of skills that drive growth and transformation. I combine a background of social and business psychology with data, AI, and automation skills to boost the people programs in companies so each employee can feel their value and do their best work.
As a Learning and Development Trainee at Deloitte in Luxembourg, I managed training operations and systems administration in Cornerstone, including catalog updates, virtual training uploads, and completion tracking. I developed AI-powered learning content using Synthesia to enhance learner engagement, analyzed training data to provide insights on learning hours and participation, and streamlined learning operations by implementing Alteryx workflows for automation and reporting. I also partnered with the innovation team to explore AI-driven solutions for HR and learning content improvement.
Earlier, as a Global People Development Intern at BayWa r.e. AG in Munich, I created and implemented a global mentoring program with the DEI team and supported restructuring of global talent calibration by leading related data collection and analysis. Alongside this, I planned and executed a marketing event and created educational content for leaders about team development, while building my applied expertise through an MSc in Data Science and Organizational Behavior with machine learning and AI-focused coursework.
