What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply analytical HR skills to scale people operations, lead onboarding and training programs, and drive structured, compliant processes in a collaborative, high-performing team.

I am a data-driven HR professional with hands-on experience managing full lifecycles of large-scale corporate programs and organizational initiatives. I bring analytical rigor to curriculum design, evaluation reporting, and documentation to ensure measurable impact.

In previous roles I coordinated onboarding and national conferences for up to 200 participants and led the establishment of organizational development functions, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and operational execution. I have worked across regulated sectors and supported international employees with compliance and documentation.

With an MSc in International Business and experience in consultancy and director-level volunteer leadership, I am highly autonomous, solutions-oriented, and ready to contribute to efficient, scalable HR operations in fast-paced settings.
