I’m looking for a role where I can own client/resident support end-to-end, deliver first-contact resolution, and use my enrollment and sales experience to improve onboarding quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer service and enrollment specialist with 8+ years of experience in client relations, sales, and operations support. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I focus on resolving issues efficiently while building trust through clear, professional communication.

In my current role as a Resident Service Expert (Remote), I serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prioritize first-contact resolution. I use digital platforms and apps to provide timely updates, support satisfaction, and maintain a strong community reputation through responsive service.

Previously, I’ve owned the full enrollment process, verified eligibility, and maintained compliant client records while managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls. I also bring leadership from sales management—coaching teams, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance—so I can support both clients and operations with confidence.
