I’m looking to grow territory and win new business through consultative selling. I want a role where customer retention and relationship building matter, and where I can adapt in remote environments while delivering consistent results.

I’m a dynamic sales professional with 9+ years of experience across telecommunications, digital, and customer service roles. I bring proven consultative selling strength, confident client relationship building, and a track record of market penetration through tailored recommendations.

Since January 2024, I’ve worked as an Inbound Sales Specialist with Comcast/Xfinity, building rapport with customers, assessing needs, and using upselling to drive growth in a competitive market. I educate customers on product features and benefits, solve problems effectively, and deliver first-rate service to support satisfaction and retention.

Before that, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Wells Fargo (March 2022 to September 2023), resolving complaints empathetically while applying independent judgment to enforce policy, procedures, and compliance. I also managed high-stress situations professionally to maintain positive customer relationships.

Earlier, I was a Digital Sales Specialist with Charter Communications (September 2019 to November 2021), exceeding sales goals by clearly explaining promotions and products while improving the customer experience through responsive website updates. I’ve also supported lead generation and marketing results as a Home Consultant at Clayton Homes and handled leasing and marketing operations with Greystar Property Management—strengthening my ability to turn interest into action and protect long-term customer value.
