Over the last 20+ years, my career has evolved from software engineering to executive leadership. Serving as Head of Technology, SaaS Founder, and Senior Program Manager, I’ve directed $10M+ global portfolios, scaled B2B SaaS platforms, and led distributed engineering and product teams across the Americas, Europe, the UK, and India.
Through this journey, I’ve learned something simple and uncomfortable:
