What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technical and digital transformation initiatives where I can improve delivery predictability, align global stakeholders, strengthen Agile practices, and build scalable platforms and processes.

I've led digital transformation and Agile delivery for Nortal, BairesDev, IBM, and an Adobe government assignment, combining technical project leadership with stakeholder alignment, governance, and measurable delivery outcomes.

At Adobe through Nortal, I delivered PRODESP's multi-tenant municipal platform and launched its first live municipality in about five months. I also managed DETRAN's NORMAS legal portal, coordinating front-end delivery, legal and technical alignment, and Google back-end integration.

At Nortal, I led product and Agile delivery for Planner, a company-wide resource and financial forecasting platform, and supported the evolution of Vitalia, an AI-enabled recruiting platform. I coordinated integrations across Jira, Certinia, Odoo, Dynamics HR, HubSpot, BambooHR, and Power BI.

At IBM, I improved infrastructure health and SLA compliance from 43% to over 90% in under six months and accelerated a North America monitoring rollout to 95% adoption. I bring 19+ years in technology, including systems analysis, integrations, infrastructure, Scrum, and leadership of global distributed teams.
