In my recent role at HCL Technologies (Oct 2021 – Oct 2025), I led Agile delivery processes for large-scale IT and infrastructure programs, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives across multiple countries.
