I’m a Project & Program Manager with 10+ years leading cross-functional, multi-country initiatives in tech and industrial environments. I’ve managed portfolios of 20+ concurrent projects, driving process standardization and cross-team alignment across international stakeholders. I bring Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PSPO I experience, and I’m fluent in English (C2) while coordinating distributed teams across time zones.

At Zeentech / Stellantis, I lead end-to-end execution of 21 software-related projects, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams. I develop and maintain project plans, identify and prioritize critical issues, and coordinate solution validation with technical teams and stakeholders. I also build dashboards (Power BI) to monitor performance, improve project visibility, and support decision-making.

Previously, at Mamba Culture, I worked as a Product Manager, structuring the product area in an EdTech startup. I defined product vision, prioritized backlog, and built a strategic roadmap, while conducting user research and designing user journeys to improve student onboarding and define success metrics. By applying product-led growth practices and defining OKRs, I aligned business and product objectives to positively impact customer experience.

I also support capability building and operational excellence through mentoring, coaching, and process work. As an Agile Coach, I facilitated agile ceremonies and product discovery/delivery processes to enhance agile maturity beyond software development; as a Project & Process Analyst, I used Monday.com to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop KPIs for better visibility.
