At Grupo Financiero Banorte, I directed the evolution of a large-scale payroll lending business, managing annual origination targets above $85 billion MXN and sustained annual growth of 10%-12%. I increased market share by 10% and kept overdue loans below 3% against corporate targets of 4%-5%.
I also reduced contracting time from 48 hours to approximately 15 minutes through product and process redesign and digital enablement. Earlier at Banorte, I led payroll loan product development, using customer and market insights to shape pricing, value propositions, and product roadmaps.
At Inversiones Accionarias Landus, I directed the end-to-end strategy and operating model for payroll-deducted personal credit products. My work has also included data governance and analytics, as well as developing remittance payment services and partnerships across Mexico and Latin America.
