At EL PALACIO DE HIERRO, I shape strategy and business requirements for consumer banking products as part of a transformation program. I coordinate business priorities, customer needs, technology, risk, operations, and financial sustainability, including pricing and a new P&L framework.
At BANAMEX, I directed the nationwide co-branded cards division, with full P&L accountability for one of the bank’s largest partnership-driven consumer businesses. I built and scaled a new ecosystem partnership model with Starbucks/Alsea after winning a competitive RFP, and led the Costco credit card relaunch and renewal.
I owned the lifecycle of two new card products, including La Comer Card’s fully online process and LineUp by Ticketmaster’s entertainment-finance proposition. I also spearheaded four strategic agreements with Visa and Mastercard and negotiated initiatives that yielded 9-figure MXP savings over 3 years.
Earlier at BANAMEX, I progressed through product management, digital innovation, and strategic partnership roles. I helped design the architectural foundation for online acquisition and supported launches of credit products and loyalty programs, including Puntos Martí and Corazones Teletón.
