Career Highlights:

• Resource Optimization (Evernorth Health Services): Rebuilt our central knowledge base, auditing and consolidating 25+ fragmented OneNote sections into 9 streamlined modules. This created a single source of truth for SOPs, templates, and system documentation.

• Workflow Management: Designed and implemented a task rotation schedule that effectively rebalanced queue coverage and eliminated operational backlogs, all while strictly maintaining compliance standards.

• Training & Coaching: Serve as the lead preceptor for incoming hires, coordinating their training schedules, system walkthroughs, and ramp-up tracking.

• Program Logistics (Hamline University): Managed the logistical rollout for new student onboarding programs for 300+ annual participants, using data analytics to continuously refine the experience.
