What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote internship in a structured CSM or onboarding environment, where I can apply my client communication and complaint-resolution experience to support client lifecycle, drive product adoption, and help identify early churn in fintech/SaaS/tech.

I’m a customer-facing specialist with 3+ years of experience in client support, logistics coordination, and appointment setting across retail and HVAC. I manage client inquiries end-to-end, resolve complaints, and keep product and service delivery running smoothly.

In my current role as a Customer Support Agent, I handle 30+ daily customer enquiries, educate customers on products and services, and reduce delivery friction by matching customers to the nearest distributors. I coordinate end-to-end logistics with warehouse teams and third-party couriers while sharing real-time order updates to cut follow-up questions.

I’m currently expanding into Customer Success Management and Guided Onboarding through hands-on training in client lifecycle management, product adoption strategies, and early churn identification. I’m excited to translate my client communication strengths into structured onboarding support that improves client outcomes.

I’m seeking a remote internship where I can contribute to a SaaS or technology environment with a clear onboarding approach—supporting adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and proactively identifying churn signals.
