I’m looking for a customer success role in a growth-minded SaaS team where I can own onboarding and activation, improve engagement, reduce churn using sentiment and activity signals, and collaborate to build efficient support workflows in a remote environment.

I’m a Customer Success and Customer Experience professional with experience managing high-volume SaaS environments (200+ users). I own the onboarding and activation journey, ensuring smooth product setup and early-stage engagement that drives long-term retention.

I’m strong in identifying user sentiment signals and reducing churn risk. By monitoring user activity and executing targeted re-engagement outreach, I help prevent early disengagement and drop-off.

I take pride in consistent, high-quality communication across remote communities. I engage directly with users across communication channels—answering questions, guiding usage, and maintaining a reliable support experience.

I also strengthen the customer journey through feedback and process improvement. I collect and analyze user feedback, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and document interactions to improve workflow visibility and efficiency.
