I’m a Gerente Comercial e de Vendas with more than 20 years of experience in regional team management, market expansion, and leader development in companies like Avon/Natura&Co, Jequiti, and Grupo Vigorito. Throughout my career, I increased regional revenue by up to 82% (Jequiti), reduced delinquency by 69% (Avon), and led structures of up to 190 professionals—always blending strategic vision with practical execution.

I build growth through sell-in & sell-out, trade marketing, KPI management, and strong channel relationships across pharma and retail. I rely on data-driven decision-making using CRM (including Salesforce) and SAP, and I apply consultative methodologies such as SPIN Selling and GPCT to structure opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

Recently, I lived an international experience in Ireland, where I duplicated revenue for a services operation (from €40k to €80k/month) and led the structuring of a team of 130+ people. I also founded and lead a recruitment consultancy (Cork Staff Solutions), growing it organically and remotely while expanding connections with the Brazilian market.
