I'm based in Dublin and open to remote and hybrid opportunities.

I am an experienced operations and commercial leader with a strong background in multisite operations, customer experience, team development and performance management across Ireland and Brazil.

Most recently, as Operations Manager at Coastline Gaming, I led operational performance across nine casino venues in Ireland, working closely with General Managers and teams to improve commercial results, customer experience, compliance and operational standards. I also supported the opening of new venues in Arklow and Wexford.

Previously, at Cacau Show in Brazil, I managed operations across more than 50 franchise locations, supporting franchise partners with commercial and operational performance. During my time there, my region achieved 23% average revenue growth and I helped prevent five underperforming stores from closing.

I also have experience in client delivery and project coordination from my time at BoConcept Ireland, where I managed the delivery and installation of 26 furnished apartments at The Lookout, Dalkey.
