What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead sales planning, revenue operations, forecasting, and commercial operating architecture where I can connect executive growth targets to field execution, build scalable systems, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

I've led sales planning and revenue operations at Amur Financial Group (Alpine Credits), where I owned P&L, budget, and commercial operations across a $450M AUM portfolio. I built capacity and quota models, established a unified forecasting cadence, and helped drive 35% year-over-year top-line revenue growth.

Through my advisory practice, I guide executive teams on sales capacity design, bottom-up forecasting, commercial operating models, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows. Earlier, I built operational infrastructure and launched new commercial and direct-to-consumer divisions at Crelogix Acceptance Corporation, Home Trust Company, and Amur Financial Group.
