At TMX Group, I led consolidated budgeting and forecasting for approximately $1.7B in revenue and $800M in operating expense, serving as final finance reviewer before the VP Finance, CFO, and Board. I rebuilt the company-wide scorecard using AI tooling, reducing refresh time from roughly two hours to five minutes and lowering errors from about 10% to under 1%.
I've also owned FP&A for TMX's approximately $200M Datalinx market-data business, translating subscription revenue, pricing, churn, retention, and commercial performance into decisions. Through Arca, I build controlled multi-agent finance and operations workflows, including reporting automation, AI-enabled CRM systems, quality checks, approval gates, and cost controls.
