I’m an operations leader and founder with 12+ years owning P&Ls ($2M+) across enterprise accounts like Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, and Rogers Communications. Over the last 4 years, I founded and scaled two startups—Tamba to $1.3M revenue (~30% EBITDA) and Routines to $154k revenue (54% EBITDA)—building digital products for millions of users across Canada and the United States.

At Tamba, I owned end-to-end business and G&A operations—finance, accounting, RevOps, legal, HR, and project delivery—growing the team to 20+ globally and maintaining 25–32% EBITDA while staying debt-free and 100% compliant. I work directly with C-suite stakeholders, run operating cadence and OKRs, and drive AI-enabled operational automation (from planning and reporting to product build support), including partnerships with Producer Responsibility Organizations and measurable client savings.
