I’m an operations professional with 10+ years building the systems and operating infrastructure scaling organizations run on. I specialize in connecting strategy to outcomes through OKR planning, quarterly execution cadences, and KPI semantics that create a single source of truth.

Most recently, I served as Head of Revenue & Customer Operations at Stork Club Fertility, promoted through 3 roles in 3 years. I led revenue and customer operations in a complex, regulated environment—aligning teams on strategic priorities, partnering with Engineering to deliver API integrations and automations that cut per-record processing time by 80%, and deploying an AI calling agent and follow-up workflows that recovered ~$100K in aged receivables (74% to 94% on balances 2+ years old).
