What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead customer-facing operations, coordinate teams and workflows, and continue growing my recruitment, digital marketing, and full-stack development skills.

I lead customer support and social media operations at Allied Services International, supervising CSRs, resolving escalations, creating visual content, and using customer feedback to improve service quality.

I've also managed end-to-end recruitment, ERP data management, reporting, candidate coordination, and internal workflows at Allied Services International. Earlier, I supported customer service, data entry, reporting, sales, and marketing across Sprout Worldwide, SB Enterprises, and Oriflame Cosmetics.
