What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-focused role where I can own support and admin operations, communicate confidently with international users, and use my technical background to learn tools fast, resolve issues quickly, and help teams deliver consistently high service quality.

I’m a customer and admin support professional and a reliable first point of contact for both walk-in and online participants, handling inquiries and guiding registration with clarity. I also run outbound follow-ups, maintain accurate participant records, and coordinate day-to-day program operations like scheduling and session monitoring. I communicate updates and escalations through WhatsApp and announcements to keep service delivery smooth.

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, I quickly learn and support technical tools like SaaS products and CRM software. I’ve delivered website design, support, and training for local and international clients, and I’ve worked as a Website Quality Assurance Specialist—testing for bugs, validating deployments, and coordinating with Sales and Support to resolve issues. I also managed and led teams of designers and developers while ensuring quality standards were met.

Across roles, my focus stays consistent: customer satisfaction, building rapport, and maintaining long-term client trust.
