What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-first role where I can own inboxes and social queries, document issues, coordinate across teams, and improve resolution speed while working with clear processes and supportive stakeholders.

I’m a customer-facing professional with 2+ years of experience managing client inquiries across social media, email, and digital platforms. I’m known for delivering timely resolutions while staying empathetic, organized, and clear in communication.

In my recent role as a Customer Support Specialist, I served as the primary contact for inbound customer queries and complaints via Meta Business Suite on Instagram and Facebook. I coordinated order resolutions with branch managers nationwide, triaging issues and ensuring follow-through on every case.

I also strengthen support operations through detailed issue documentation and reporting, identifying recurring patterns to support process improvements. Alongside that, I bring collaboration habits built in fast-paced, customer-first environments, with tools like Google Workspace and Trello.

Earlier, I supported growth through content and SEO work as a Content & SEO Specialist and content-writing internships, creating research-based content for international brands and platforms. I used data insights from SEO tools to guide content decisions and developed the ability to relay complex ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
