I’m looking to transition into an Assistant Manager role where I can run strategic revenue operations improvements—especially quote-to-cash optimization, data integrity, and executive-ready reporting across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

I’m a Senior Specialist in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations at S&P Global Market Intelligence, acting as the senior point of contact for operational guidance, escalations, and complex workflow issue resolution. I coordinate cross-departmental projects across Sales, Finance, and Operations, and partner on revenue assurance to keep data compliance and global revenue recognition accurate.

Before that, I audited quote-to-cash workflows to remove friction and compress revenue processing cycles, and I built management dashboards and ad-hoc reporting to improve operational steering.
