After almost 12 years living and working in Melbourne, I moved to Sydney and into IT in 2025, joining a managed service provider that supported small and medium businesses. I handled around 150 support requests a week and progressed from Level 1 to Level 2 within six months. I investigated phishing with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Trend Micro, updated FortiGate firewall rules, and managed Microsoft 365 and Active Directory access. I also rolled out Copilot and Claude for clients and guided their teams on safe use.
Now back in Karachi, I'm studying a Diploma of IT (Cyber Security) online through TAFE NSW in Sydney and building Tapprove, a safety switch that asks for human approval before AI assistants take risky actions.
I'm looking for a remote role where I can keep solving problems for users and help teams adopt AI safely.
