What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deepen my work in identity governance, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted engineering tools while delivering secure automation, reliable access workflows, and strong end-user support.

At DigitalOcean, I manage identity lifecycles, access governance, endpoint compliance, and global infrastructure security across distributed cloud networks. I automate onboarding and offboarding through Okta, Intune, Jamf, and Kolide integrations.

I’ve led a zero-downtime migration from PureVPN to GlobalProtect, supported proxy and Linux-to-Windows transitions, and built Jira Service Management sandboxes for release validation. I also administer Claude and Cursor for engineering teams, including provisioning, licensing, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.

Previously, I bridged software engineering and IT operations at Afiniti Software Solutions and managed enterprise incident response, Active Directory, live server operations, and asset planning at Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company.
