I've supported enterprise users at PVH Corp. for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, and maintained infrastructure for ALDI SÜD's European retail estate. I resolve incidents across Windows, macOS, networking, VPN, Microsoft 365, and ITIL-based ticketing.

At ALDI SÜD, I supported switches, servers, firewalls, storage, printers, and scanners while coordinating external technicians and LAN teams on complex hardware and network issues.

I've also delivered remote support across distributed sites, automated endpoint deployment with MDT and SCCM, and improved IT workflows through root-cause analysis and knowledge-base documentation. Having lived and worked in Germany for seven years, I work professionally in English, Urdu, and B2 German.

Alongside IT, I build mobile products independently: Darzee is an iOS and Android app in pre-launch, and EDvise was launched live before funding paused operations. I use Claude Code and ChatGPT daily to turn vague requests into tested, documented technical solutions.
