I’m looking for a role where I can drive strategic publisher partnerships and licensing while building and scaling new digital formats—moving fast on launches, shaping pricing/commercial models, and partnering closely with engineering, legal, and marketing.

I’m a strategic partnerships and licensing leader with 20+ years in publishing, spanning Big 5 trade houses and three digital platform launches. I’m comfortable on both sides of the publisher/platform table—negotiating rights and commercial terms while shaping product, pricing, and go-to-market.

Most recently, as Head of Content & Publisher Partnerships at Glose (A Readwise Company), I manage international publisher partnerships across trade and education and run licensing negotiations and renewals with major publishers and enterprise customers. I led the build and launch of Glose Audio from scratch—writing the business case, securing audiobook rights, defining commercial models, and partnering with engineering to ship the listening experience—and have grown audiobook revenue year-on-year for three years.

I move fastest when a company is scaling, launching, or bringing a new format to market—building momentum through quarterly business reviews, cross-functional onboarding with product/legal/marketing, and partner analytics. Earlier, I signed 100+ publishers at CourseSmart/VitalSource and grew digital revenue by 50%+ at Macmillan Higher Education, while re-negotiating enterprise contracts during expansion at BibliU.
