At MVF I doubled my business unit's revenue to £15m in two years through organic growth and M&A, delivering a 27% organic CAGR and record profitability. At Hitched I delivered +30% revenue CAGR to £4.6m, tripled EBITDA and reversed an 18-month SEO decline to achieve 60% YoY audience growth.

I have led cross-functional teams of 75+ people, launched product (mobile apps with strong ratings), integrated acquisitions, and established commercial partnerships and SaaS capabilities to improve supplier engagement.
