At the University of Ghana Information Technology Directorate, I maintain campus-wide network and systems infrastructure supporting more than 40,000 academic and administrative users. I help sustain 99.9% uptime through monitoring, incident response, and security-aware operations.

I configure and support switches, routers, and access points across a multi-site campus. I also manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra ID accounts, permissions, group policies, and hybrid identity environments.

I resolve 30+ system and network incidents weekly and process 50+ support tickets daily, reducing repeat incidents by 15%. Using PowerShell and Bash, I automated user provisioning workflows and reduced manual account-creation time by 40%.

I’ve also built responsive React interfaces with RESTful API integrations at iBit Soft Limited, and supported hardware, operating systems, audiovisual equipment, and live-streamed institutional events.
