I'm looking for opportunities to build web-based solutions, support users clearly, learn from experienced teams, and contribute to practical products shaped by stakeholder feedback.

I'm studying Computer Science at Ashesi University while building practical experience in technical support, stakeholder research, and web development.

At Ghana Health Service, I served as a first point of contact for staff computer problems, diagnosed hardware and software issues, explained solutions clearly, and maintained accurate documentation.

For GradeGuard, I've spoken directly with construction professionals, identified grade misuse as a key cause of material-related failures, and built a web platform that provides contractors with material-grade guidance and verified vendor information.
