What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Specialist providing first-line, end-user support in fast-paced environments, resolving hardware, software, login, printer, and connectivity issues. I troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, and networking devices to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, handling user support, password resets, permissions, and account troubleshooting. I also support Wi‑Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting, and maintain technical documentation while assisting with ticket handling and incident resolution.
