What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging university environment where I can use my technical and analytical skills to support systems, solve IT issues, and contribute to organizational success.

At the University of Ghana School of Law, I provide IT support for end users, network management, and lecture setup. I have continued in this work following my national service placement at the same institution.

I have also supported the Rent Control Department by investigating and resolving computer software and hardware faults, troubleshooting issues in person, remotely, and by phone, and completing Microsoft Word and Excel work.

My work includes data cleaning and preprocessing, computer-system analysis, and help desk support for college hardware equipment. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Ghana.

Beyond support work, I've researched radio resource management and packet-scheduling techniques, collaborated on an admissions chatbot system, and developed an inventory management system. I also bring training in UI/UX design, product management, cybersecurity, internet marketing, and AI-augmented professional development.
