I am a dynamic and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience managing large-scale programs in both the federal and private sectors. My expertise lies in strategic development, project and program management, and leadership development. I have a proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination, streamline operations, and deliver high-impact results under tight deadlines.

Currently, I lead executive-level operations within the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I spearhead high-level strategic initiatives and oversee enterprise leadership development strategies. My role involves direct engagement with executive leadership to enhance communication and compliance systems, while also preparing comprehensive reports that provide data-driven insights for senior leadership. I am passionate about fostering talent and have designed the first formal leadership development pipeline for the San Juan VA, which has significantly strengthened our succession planning and talent retention efforts.
