What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can use bilingual teaching, curriculum and program management skills to support students and staff, contribute to a collaborative culture, and grow into leadership responsibilities.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) education professional with extensive classroom and administrative experience across K-12 settings and program management roles.

I have served as an English teacher at multiple grade levels, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal support, and Administrative Assistant, developing curriculum, managing behavior systems, and coordinating staff and schedules.

Most recently I was promoted to Senior Case Specialist at Geo Group, where I led participant orientation, coordinated training, supported multiple offices including border sites, managed the Wraparound Stabilization Services program, and mentored a team of case specialists.

I bring strong communication, leadership, curriculum development, and technology-integration skills, and I am committed to continuous learning and applying effective, inclusive solutions that support student and program success.
