I'm available for consulting engagements leading complex technical programs across engineering, product, clinical, and operations teams, particularly in regulated healthcare and enterprise environments.

At the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, I led end-to-end delivery for VECTOR/ICSP IDIQ platforms, coordinating engineering, clinical operations, and federal contracting stakeholders against Performance Work Statement requirements. I also built scalable training and knowledge-management frameworks that supported provider adoption and operational performance.
