What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand into product design, operations, and strategy-driven roles where I can coordinate projects, improve workflows, support cross-functional teams, and create user-centered solutions.

At EASB Solutions, I coordinate client projects across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while improving onboarding and operational workflows. I also develop content strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.

Previously at Popular Bank, I led default-management workflows, distributed team tasks, supported escalations, and monitored high-risk accounts for timely handling and compliance. I optimized operational processes to improve audit review checkpoints.

In mortgage operations and collections, I coordinated cross-functional communication, supported reporting and workflow organization, and served as a stakeholder point of contact during the restructuring of more than 150 employees into new operations.

I bring a bilingual background in consulting, servicing, and operations, along with CAPM certification and studies in psychology and product/interior design. I'm focused on bridging creative and analytical thinking to deliver user-centered solutions.
