What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an international hospitality or service-oriented role in Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage Service, where I can apply my experience in customer communication, tourism, events, marketing, HR, and coordination to create welcoming guest experiences.

I've led guest-facing tour communication and reservation coordination at Halliwell Holidays in cooperation with Full Moon Paradise, supporting travelers, service partners, flight ticketing, and hotel and resort reservations across Indonesia and Thailand.

My experience spans recruitment at Kaiyun Sports Group, promotional and HR support at Smart Win Technology, and talent coordination at MNC Group (RCTI), where I advanced internally from Human Resources to Acceleration Talent Coordinator Manager.

I've also managed event operations at The Proposal Event Organizer and built marketing communications in wedding, photography, banking, and media environments. I bring disciplined, calm, people-focused communication to Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, and Food & Beverage operations.
