I supported sales and marketing operations at Element by Westin Bali Ubud, part of Marriott International, preparing booking proposals, reservation agreements, expense reports, and reimbursement documents.

I joined corporate sales visits to promote meeting rooms, accommodation packages, dining packages, and other hotel offers. I also supported travel-agent hotel inspections by presenting guest rooms, facilities, outlets, and services.

I contributed to Food & Beverage promotions through photoshoots, buffet documentation, food tags, seasonal advertising shoots, and festive campaign content. I also responded to guest reviews and Instagram messages and scheduled social content through Sprinklr.

With a Hospitality and Tourism degree and organizational administration experience as Secretary for Master of Ceremony UBM, I bring communication, customer service, coordination, and attention to detail to hospitality, sales, events, and business development work.
