What I'm looking for

I am looking for a fully remote role with flexibility, where I can use my customer service and technical skills. I value clear communication, opportunities for growth, and a supportive, inclusive culture—especially one that appreciates neurodiversity.

I am a versatile, high-functioning autistic professional with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and business administration, both in-person and remotely. My career began in retail and sales, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, and quickly progressed into roles with greater responsibility, including training and supporting colleagues.

I spent several years at Lloyd’s Banking Group, working in both branch and telephony roles. There, I provided high-quality service to a diverse range of customers, handled complex queries and complaints, and consistently met sales and service targets. I was also trusted to coach new staff and provide feedback to management, reflecting my reliability and attention to detail.

My technical aptitude led me to a system administrator role, where I managed company servers, provided IT support, and streamlined business processes. More recently, I have contributed as an expert to AI model training projects, helping to improve large language models through data annotation and feedback.

Currently, I am pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Computing and IT with the Open University, further developing my technical skills, including Python programming and an interest in blockchain technology. I am passionate about continuous learning and enjoy exploring new technologies and ways to improve user experiences.

As a high-functioning autistic individual, I bring a unique perspective to problem-solving, user empathy, and process improvement. I am particularly interested in roles that value neurodiversity and inclusive design, such as UX research, customer success, and technical support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, traveling, and discovering new cultures and cuisines. I am eager to join a forward-thinking company where I can contribute my skills, grow professionally, and make a positive impact—especially in a remote or flexible environment.
