I’m looking for a mission-aligned role that values reliability, clarity, and care—where I can contribute to education, support, or operational excellence.

I’m a class manager and trained banking professional with a background in higher education administration, digital learning coordination, and customer success. After starting my career in financial services, I transitioned into the education and social impact sector, where I now coordinate digital tech upskilling programs for adult learners. In my current role, I support over a dozen remote classes across Germany, acting as the main point of contact for students, instructors, and institutions.

I specialize in organizing learning processes, improving internal operations, and managing communication between stakeholders. I'm experienced with remote-first tools like Slack, Trello, Podio, Zoom, Google Workspace, Personio, and GitHub. I also bring practical knowledge in finance-related areas such as payment processing, invoicing, customer consultation, and administrative support.

I'm passionate about access to education, purpose-driven work, and building meaningful connections with people. My working style is structured, empathetic, and proactive. I thrive in remote environments and love being part of teams where autonomy and shared purpose go hand in hand.
