I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 2+ years on the Now Platform, delivering scoped applications, server-side scripting, and integrations. I focus on minimal, well-tested implementations that ship on time and hold up in production.

In my ServiceNow work, I’ve built customer-facing usage analytics using Now Assist-powered narrative summaries and owned the underlying data aggregation and AI integration. I also implemented Kafka producer/consumer flows with error handling and retry logic to keep event sync reliable for downstream systems.

I’ve designed rule-based frameworks for entitlement validation with date-window comparisons, status-code gating, and conditional ignore rules for amend operations. I created reusable Script Include methods for record resolution using priority-based encoded-query lookups and null-safe inputs.

I strengthen quality through validation and automation—writing background test scripts with structured PASS/FAIL logging to validate integration paths end-to-end before promotion, and reducing an open defect backlog by ~53% through targeted bug fixing and automation. I’m also excited about AI-assisted developer workflows through hackathons and agentic flow concepts.
