What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable ServiceNow solutions, lead integrations and automation, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve business processes through platform strategy and technical best practices.

At Comcast India Engineering Center, I lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

I've implemented Vulnerability Response integrations with Tenable, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Defender TVM, and integrated a PKI tool to detect certificates and map server relationships to services.

I build server-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript, GlideAPI, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. I've also developed new ServiceNow portals and customized existing portals around business needs.

Previously at Infosys, I customized ServiceNow applications, Service Catalog items, workflows, notifications, scheduled jobs, and reports. I enjoy translating stakeholder needs into maintainable solutions, supporting releases and upgrades, and mentoring junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
