I’m a Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSA & CAD) with 4 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Service Catalog development, ITSM customization, and platform scripting. I’m especially focused on building reliable, user-friendly catalog experiences using OOTB capabilities and Agile/Scrum delivery.

In my roles at Infosys BPM and Cognizant Technology Solutions, I designed and delivered 15+ catalog items and record producers (including hardware/software access, VPN, and onboarding) using Variables, Variable Sets, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. I also built Flow Designer–based email notifications for RITM transitions, configured SLAs with breach alerts and escalation logic, and authored Business Rules, Script Includes, and GlideAjax-based client-server scripting in JavaScript.

I’ve supported enterprise ITSM enhancements for Xbox (Microsoft) across Incident Management and Service Catalog modules, and gained exposure to Problem Management, Change Management, ACL configuration, and ATF test suite authoring under senior guidance. I coordinate unit testing and UAT, manage Update Set packaging and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments, mentor junior developers, and communicate clearly with end users to drive timely resolutions and high delivery quality.
