I've delivered ServiceNow ITSM solutions for FIS Global through SpanIdea Systems, configuring Incident, Change, Request, and Service Catalog capabilities end to end. I build JavaScript automation with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

Previously at Infosys, I enhanced ServiceNow ITSM applications across multiple client engagements and configured catalog items, Record Producers, fulfillment workflows, notifications, SLAs, roles, and field-level customizations. I also created reports, dashboards, scheduled reports, and Knowledge Base documentation for business and operational teams.

My personal projects include a Banking Management Application and an Employee Wellness Rewards Application built as custom scoped ServiceNow applications. I've created custom tables, forms, modules, ACL-based security, Flow Designer approvals, notifications, and REST API integrations validated through Postman.

I'm comfortable partnering with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders through requirements, testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support in Agile delivery environments.
