I’m looking for an IT support or customer-success role where I can handle end-user troubleshooting, manage CRM accounts, and automate workflows with Trello/Asana—improving response times and client satisfaction.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with practical experience supporting users and customers through technical troubleshooting, email & account management, and CRM-based client handling. I bring hands-on workflow automation experience using Trello and Asana, improving how teams track tasks and collaborate across distributed projects.

In my contract role as a Project Management Specialist, I designed and managed automated workflows to streamline task assignments and keep project milestones on time. I also supported clients on remote platforms (including Upwork and Telehealth), handling technical setup, account management, and onboarding while delivering customer service technical support that improved response times and satisfaction.

Earlier, I built a business-aware foundation through sales, marketing, and customer acquisition/retention internships—qualifying leads, running outreach and email campaigns, logging CRM interactions, and following up with at-risk accounts. I’m now applying that combination of technical support, CRM discipline, and cross-functional communication to IT support, customer success, or operations work where measurable impact matters.
