What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, IT support, virtual assistance, or operations role where I can manage requests, improve workflows, collaborate remotely, and continue building practical digital support skills.

I've designed customer support workflows for Diony Digital Solutions, connecting HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Slack to organize inquiries, escalate technical issues, and document resolutions. I also developed a Trello-to-ClickUp migration process covering backup, workspace setup, testing, team training, and post-migration support.

Through IT Support training with Digital Witch Support Community and a remote business operations internship at EXCELERATE, I've built practical experience in ticket management, CRM administration, troubleshooting, workflow automation, documentation, and remote collaboration. I bring patient customer communication, careful follow-through, and a commitment to improving support processes.
