I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support excellence with leadership—resolving issues, de-escalating challenges, improving processes, and providing consistent, compassionate service while growing with a team.

I’m a compassionate customer support and care professional with experience delivering dependable service in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I bring a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a calm, supportive approach to both customers and families.
